Appelation: White wine

Varietal: Trebbiano d'Abruzzo, Not Aromatic Candia Malvasia, Pecorino

Alcohol: 11,5% 

Soil: Calcareous clay

Training system: Pergola Abruzzese

Age of the vines: 30 y

Yeld: 85 qt/h

Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation. 

The different grapes are vinified separately and blended in March.

Aging: 10 months in stainless steel tank. No filtration. No clarification,

SORPASSO

A fresh wine with an infinite drinkability born as a joke and a challenge, to experience all the facets of Trebbiano.
The result is a wine made to drink in liters.

Varietal: Trebbiano d'Abruzzo

Alcohol: 11,5% 

Soil: Calcareous clay

Training system: Pergola Abruzzese

Age of the vines: 30 y

Yeld: 75 qt/h

Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation. 

Iinification: Spontaneous fermentation. Part of the grapes (70%) are harvested early and diretcly pressed. The other part (30%) is harvested at the righ maturation and make a maceration on the skins for 2 days. At the end of fermentation the two parts are assembled together.

Aging: 9 months in stainless steel tank. No filtration. No clarification,

HULA HOOP

From Trebbiano and Pecorino grapes. The power of 2 vines for a very easy drinking wine.

Varietal: Trebbiano 60%, Pecorino 40%

Alcohol: 12% 

Soil: Calcareous clay

Training system: Pergola Abruzzese

Age of the vines: 30 y - 40 y

Yeld: 70 qt/h

Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation. 

Trebbiano made 2 days of skin maceration. Pecorino has been direct pressed. 

Aging: 9 months fiberglass tank. No filtration. No clarification
